I ordered two products — a shampoo and a conditioner — but I received only one item, and unfortunately, it was the wrong product.
I have already filed a complaint regarding this issue, but it was declined with the claim that the correct products were delivered. I would like to clarify that this is not the case. Additionally, I found the behavior of the contact person to be unhelpful and unprofessional.
Given the high cost of the shampoo and conditioner, I expect a prompt resolution. As of now, the missing product has still not been sent, and the situation remains unresolved.
I kindly request you to re-investigate this issue and arrange for the delivery of the correct and complete order as soon as possible.
